Ingredients:
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- Your favorite ice cream flavor for filling
- Whipped cream optional
- Chocolate syrup optional
- Sprinkles optional
Instructions:
Grease a muffin tin and preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit 175 degrees Celsius
The all-purpose flour, baking soda, brown sugar, cocoa powder, and salt should all be combined in a bowl
To the dry ingredients, add the egg, vanilla extract, and melted butter
Mix until a dough takes shape
Add the chocolate chips and fold
The dough should be divided into 12 equal portions
Press each portion into the sides and bottom of the muffin tin cups to form a cup
Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the cookie cups are set, in a preheated oven
After a few minutes of cooling in the tin, move them to a wire rack to finish cooling
After the cookie cups cool, fill each one with your preferred ice cream
If desired, garnish with chocolate syrup, whipped cream, and sprinkles
