Ingredients:
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup Nutella
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions:
Warm the oven up to 175F 350C
A 9x9-inch baking pan should be greased
Melt the butter and mix it with the brown sugar and granulated sugar in a large bowl until everything is well mixed
Adding the eggs one at a time and mixing them in is the next step
Mix the flour, baking powder, and salt together in a different bowl
Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and mix them in until they are just combined
Spread the batter out evenly in the pan that has been prepared
Put small amounts of Nutella and peanut butter on top of the batter, and then use a knife to mix them together
Before you put it in the oven, heat it up
Bake it for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the middle comes out with wet crumbs on it
Before cutting into squares, let the blondies cool all the way in the pan
